Shipping and Returns

 

Our Washing Lines are manufactured in our factory and packed to order.

We now offer one standard price for shipping in main centres. 

Outlying areas will incur an additional shipping fee. Our Online Shop will calculate the shipping cost based on your Delivery address.
We also offer free collection from our Collection Point in Alberton North.

Collection times are Monday – Friday, 08h00 – 16h00

All orders are delivered by The Courier Guy and come with tracking details. We will email the tracking number to you.

Order Cut off time:
Order are processed and packaged within 24 hours.
Orders can delivered between 2-3 working days.
 

RETURNS

We hope that you love your Washing Line. Unfortunately we don’t refund or exchange custom orders.
 
For orders that are not custom or personalised, you can request a refund within 5-10 working days. The return shipping will be for your own cost, and for us to consider a refund, the products must be unused and in the same condition you received them in. 
 
You have 7 days from when the order was received to return your item(s). Returns outside these timeframes cannot be accepted.
 
Once you have returned the products in an unused condition, we will issue a refund for the sum you paid (excluding the original delivery charge) within 5-10 working days. Your refund will be credited to match the original method of payment. 
 
Please note that items are returned at the customers’ expense, unless faulty, and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery. We will not take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.
 
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your bank to complete the transaction, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers. 
 
Damaged/Faulty Goods 
 
If you think that the product you received is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@wash-line.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. 
 
Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange to collect the item from you, and will do our best to fix / replace the damaged item.
